1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CVlifter ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CVlifter provides AI-powered CV building, ATS scoring, keyword gap analysis, and AI rewriting tools. Features vary by plan (Free, Pro, Lifetime).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your account security. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
- Create fake CVs intended to deceive employers.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to your CV content. By using the Service, you grant CVlifter a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. AI processing
CV analysis and rewriting is powered by AI. Results are AI-generated and may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI suggestions before use.
7. Plans and payments
Free plan features are provided at no charge. Paid plans are described on the pricing page. All payments are final unless required otherwise by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Intellectual property
CVlifter, its logo, design, and software are owned by CVlifter and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job interview success or ATS scores from any specific employer system.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVlifter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania (EU). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
